Edward Lynch Sr.

Edward J. Lynch, Sr holds his Certified General Contractors License in Florida and North Carolina and is in the process of establishing the company as a Certified 8(a), minority owned business. He began his professional construction career in the telecommunications industry and founded one of the largest telecommunications industry construction companies working throughout the continental United States, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.  He sold that company in 2000.  After retiring to South Florida to raise his young family he began consulting for companies going through mergers and acquisitions.

Edward began and was a principal of an architecture firm as well as several construction companies completing commercial projects, medical projects, multi-family projects and exclusive residences.  Currently, he is principal and qualifier of a large, national insurance restoration firm. 

Edward is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Business Law.  While at Florida Atlantic University he was the first President of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society and was published in the Florida Atlantic University Law Journal.  He continued his post graduate work at Florida Atlantic University where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Finance.  

He is very involved in the community and politics on the local, state and national level where he has spoken at several national events regarding immigration and healthcare and continues to be regarded as a sought after political pundit for many nationally recognized programs.  He is former member of the board of The International Green Energy Council; former member of The Leadership Council of Florida Grand Opera; former Chairman of the Board of The Children’s Healing Institute; former Chairman of The Associated Builders and Contractors Diversity Board; former Chairman of the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board; and current Chairman of the Building Code Advisory Board of Palm Beach County.  

His community involvement also includes having established 3 medical clinics in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010 and securing and donating a 40,000 gallon per day, self-contained water purification system to the University of Puerto Rico and securing telecommunications equipment to assist in Hurricane Maria relief efforts on the island of Puerto Rico. 

A true Renaissance man and being very competitive, Edward is an alumnus of the NFL; played in the first professional lacrosse league in the nation; raced cars professionally in the Motorola Cup and the Grand-Am series; and was a candidate for United States Congress.

Founder

Edward Lynch Jr’s path has been a progression of hands-on experience and leadership development, culminating in his current role as Production Manager at United Property Restoration Services. Prior to joining United, he served as Project Manager at The Everglades Group for six years, where he honed his skills in all aspects of construction, from fieldwork in several trades such as electrical work to project management and other relative responsibilities.

At United, Edward Jr. plays a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the Florida Division. His focus has been on optimizing operational efficiency, cultivating strong vendor relationships, and fostering a high-performing team. This has resulted in significant improvements in profitability, project quality, and client satisfaction. He currently oversees all Florida operations, including client relations and business development.

He is a results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement and eager to contribute his skills and experience to the continued success of United Property Restoration Services.
